Student Policy

At Fellow College of Professional Studies, we believe in maintaining a professional, disciplined, and respectful learning environment. All students are expected to follow the policies and regulations of the College, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), and Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC).

1. Attendance Policy

Students must maintain the required percentage of attendance as per university and PNMC regulations.

Absenteeism without valid reason or prior approval will not be tolerated.

Repeated absence may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination. 

2. Discipline and Conduct

Students are expected to demonstrate respect towards faculty, staff, administration, and fellow students.

Any form of misbehavior, misconduct, or indiscipline within the College premises or during clinical postings will not be accepted.

Use of abusive language, harassment, or disrespectful attitude towards teachers, principal, or fellow students is strictly prohibited. 

3. Compliance with Rules

Students must follow the College rules, policies, and professional guidelines at all times.

Violation of SZABMU or PNMC rules will be treated as a serious offense.

Students are expected to uphold professional ethics, punctuality, and integrity in academics and clinical practice. 

4. Prohibited Acts

The following acts may lead to strict disciplinary action:

  • Repeated absenteeism without approval.
  • Damage to college property.
  • Disrespect or misconduct with faculty, staff, principal, or fellow students.
  • Violation of dress code, clinical ethics, or professional standards. 

5. Disciplinary Actions

Depending on the severity of the violation, the College reserves the right to impose any of the following actions:

  • Verbal or written warning.
  • Suspension from classes or clinical postings.
  • Fine or compensation for damages.
  • Rustication or termination from the College.

6. Final Authority

The Principal reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any disciplinary matter.

In case of termination, no student will have the right to claim against the College, University, or PNMC.
