Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) Policy

At Fellow College of Professional Studies, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning, research, and academic administration. Our Quality Enhancement Cell Policy serves as a framework to ensure that our academic standards meet the requirements of our affiliating university and professional councils while promoting excellence in nursing and allied health sciences education.

Key Principles

Orphan scholarships are granted to students who have lost their father or both parents. In case of multiple applicants, students with highest merit (educational board results) will be awarded this scholarship. Proof such as a death certificate of the father/parent(s) is required.

Implementation Strategies

Periodic self-assessment reports (SARs) for each program. 

Regular classroom observations and course evaluations.

Surveys (student satisfaction, alumni, and employer feedback).

Academic audits and reviews.

Faculty development programs.

Publication of policies, manuals, and reports on the website.
