Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) Policy
At Fellow College of Professional Studies, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning, research, and academic administration. Our Quality Enhancement Cell Policy serves as a framework to ensure that our academic standards meet the requirements of our affiliating university and professional councils while promoting excellence in nursing and allied health sciences education.
Objectives
- To maintain and continuously enhance the academic quality of programs.
- To ensure compliance with the standards of SZABMU, PN&MC, and international best practices.
- To develop a system of feedback, monitoring, and evaluation for faculty, students, and academic programs.
- To promote a culture of evidence-based teaching, research, and learning outcomes.
- To encourage faculty development and innovative teaching methodologies.
- To provide students with a supportive environment that ensures academic growth, professional skills, and ethical values.

Key Principles
Orphan scholarships are granted to students who have lost their father or both parents. In case of multiple applicants, students with highest merit (educational board results) will be awarded this scholarship. Proof such as a death certificate of the father/parent(s) is required.
- Transparency & Accountability: Academic and administrative practices will be carried out with integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Regular internal and external evaluations will guide improvements.
- Feedback Mechanism: Student and faculty feedback will be used to improve teaching, learning, and services.
- Capacity Building: Training workshops and seminars will be arranged for faculty and staff.
- Research & Innovation: Encouraging faculty and students to participate in research activities.
- Compliance: Adhering to the guidelines of SZABMU and regulatory bodies.
